December. Tampa. Bring your build.
A first drive with the windows down. A parking lot where strangers felt like family. An engine that sounds like a summer you never talk about. We screen films that understand the difference.
The car doesn't have to be the story. It just has to be in the room. A father rebuilding a transmission at 2am because it's the only quiet he gets. A road that goes nowhere but away. If the car carries something human, we want to see it.
Open air car show, vendor village, food trucks. The lot fills up before the theater doors open. Bring your build.
Judged categories: Best Muscle Car, Best Sports Car, Best Lowrider, Best Gentleman Racer, Best Daily, Best Hooptie, Best in Show. Trophies and cash prizes. Entry: $75 judged, $40 display only.
Selected films inside the theater. Jury awards across all film categories. Cash prizes.
Jury picks the winners. The audience picks their own. One Audience Choice award for film, one for best build. Vote through the festival app, live at the venue only. Bring your crew.
Day two. A limited car run with festival jury, guests, and a camera crew. Gala lunch. You're not just watching the festival — you're part of the next film.
Selected filmmakers notified by November 1.

The rally is filmed by the Arvion crew. Participants become part of the Volume III documentary. Camera crew rolling all day.

All sales final. Tickets are non-transferable. VIP and Rally require approval. Parking included.
Documentary, narrative, short and feature-length. Any format, any length. If the car is in the room and the story is human, we want to see it.
